Understand the organization environment in context and its relationship to the role leadership plays at varying levels within organizations.  Further, you will understand the importance of synergy in all functions of organizations, leadership and communications.

 

This certificate provides introductory courses to enable students to acquire the necessary skills to successfully enter the fields of management, customer service, communications, and/or to attain leadership roles within their organizations.
