Applied Organization & Leadership Skills in Healthcare
     
Understand the organization of the healthcare industry and the principles of professional communication.  Understand creative and critical thinking and apply these concepts to healthcare organizations and personal situations so as to be an effective communicator, individually and in groups.

 

This certificate provides introductory courses to enable students to acquire the necessary skills to advance in the field of management, customer service, communications, and/or attain leadership roles within a healthcare organization.
