Histotechnologist/Histotechnician
New England Pathology Associates, P.C. currently has an
opening of a full-time HISTOTECHNOLOGIST/HISTOTECHNICIAN. ASCP
registered or eligible preferred. Responsibilities include accessioning,
processing, embedding, cutting routine and special staining, frozen sections
and immunohistochemistry. This position is Monday – Friday with no weekends
or holidays. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits,

Suncoast Pathology
We are currently looking
to expand our department and are interested in hiring individuals who can
grow with our company and offer fresh insight into our department. Because
we are a small lab, we offer training in multiple areas, including IHC and
grossing. The position requires an HT or HTL (ASCP) with eligibility to

Preparing special tissue
including all manual processing, light microscopy and special stain
required. Maintain files of all unstained slides.

Prepare tissue for
routine histologic examination, including tissue processing, embedding,
cutting and slide preparation, staining and cover slipping.

Operate and maintain
instruments and equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
on instruments and documents as well as all related records required by
regulatory agencies.

Prepare blocks and
slides for all routine, special, and Immunochemical stains. Evaluate new
stains and maintains control slides. Maintain reagents and solutions for
procedures.

Prepare muscle biopsies
for transportation.
