    Mr. Rotondo’s Introduction to Management class worked in teams to build “sand castles” with Legos.  In this exercise, the students reinforced management concepts they had learned previously. Each group had to plan the “construction” of their castle, organize tasks, and determine who emerged as group leader and how to control the resources available.  Each group had to produce a quality product which would meet customer expectations.  Participating in the exercise were Petal Benjamin, Diane Poirier, Evalina Tomalska, our picture taker, LaTonya Gloster, Elisiane Da Silva, Theresa Evora-Archie and Nicole Francoeur.  Many thanks to Mr. Rotondo’s daughter, Amanda, for supplying the Legos.
