It has come to our attention that many people in the Goodwin Community  help each other in many different ways, easing some of the burdens life brings to them.  If you would like to show your appreciation by giving a special thanks to one of your fellow students, staff member or faculty  for some kind deed that they have done for you please email Sandy Pearce and she will post it on this page.

This is a very special KUDO for Lori Ferguson. My book bag and everything in it was stolen out of my car.  Lori helped me out by lending me her pre algebra book to finish out my class. It is so nice to know that people like Lori are still alive….. Thank you Lori and God Bless you for all you have done…. Also for Sandy Pearce, if it weren’t for you and this great web page, this wouldn’t be possible. Sandy also got my dissection kit replaced after being stolen with the book bag. Jessica Marti-Gomez sends Professor Kim Reese a great big Kudo.

I had Professor Kim Reese for biology back in September 2004 and cannot say enough about the foundation she instilled in me.  I went through A&P 1 and 2 with no problem and am currently back in Microbiology with her.  She is an outstanding professor who's passionate for the subject.  She highly encourages class participation/opinions and conducts her classroom in a very organized way.  She is also extremely knowledgeable in what she teaches and am never afraid to go ask her a question.  I have also never experienced an instructor who will pull you aside, and take the time to actually sit with you to explain something.  I really appreciate her and would like to send out a big kuddos to her.
